

Swish Storage has been set up by the Robert Lewis Group in response to a cry for help from businesses who have collected boxes of paperwork used to produce their accounts and tax returns.
H M Revenue and Customs insist that records are kept for at least five years after the accounts and tax returns have been produced. For larger companies this creates the problem of storage, since a box of records can't always be swept under the rug.
The idea of Swish Storage is to take all that unwanted paperwork off your hands, scan it, record it in our secure database, then recycle it.
Our approved software complies with all the guidance issued by H M Revenue and Customs, which means that, providing the scanned copy is kept for the required period of time, the originals can be disposed of.

For existing clients of the Robert Lewis Group the process couldn't be easier. As soon as the accounts and tax returns have been produced the records are scanned, stored and recycled. The digital copies are then kept for upto 14 years, depending on their importance.
For non Robert Lewis Group Clients, all you need to do is deliver your paperwork following the completion of your accounts and tax returns and leave the rest to us. Alternatively, a collection service is available for a small extra charge.
